Set up in 1982, the Crescendas Group today is engaged in a diversified range of businesses in Real Estate, Manufacturing, Distribution, Technology and Hospitality.

In real estate, we offer an integrated one-stop service package that includes design and build, pre-construction evaluation, construction services, build-to-suit and facilities management. Leveraging on our in-house turnkey design and build capabilities, we have over the last few years ventured into the regional markets to develop a number of commercial and residential projects.

In manufacturing, our Group is involved in the production of fully tested wire and cable harnesses used in a wide range of industries, medical devices and products, and building materials.

We also have investments in a logistics business and in emerging technologies in water treatment, tissue engineering and biodegradable packaging.

In addition, we operate and manage a portfolio of executive class hotels under the branding, Aqueen Hotels.

Over the years, we have established a strong network of strategic partners whom we can tap on - for expert consultation in property-related services, for market knowledge, engineering expertise and technology development, or to jointly explore business opportunities as equity partners in projects and investments.

Apart from Singapore, our Group has facilities and operations located in the Malaysia, Laos and the People's Republic of China. Our total workforce is estimated at about 1,600 employees.
