Pre-Construction Services

Once the project goals are agreed upon, the project team hands over control of the project's schedule and budget to the project owner and architect. Mockups, samples and investigations of existing product installations also form part of the process towards gaining consensus on project goals.

The pre-construction schedule, developed to align with the project goals, sets out the construction activities, entitlement process as well as anticipates potential conflicts on the defined goals.

The pre-construction schedule serves as the road map for design development decisions pertaining to project scope, budget and procurement. This approach offers a controlled and effective use of pre-construction resources consistent with the progress required to acquire government approvals in order to complete the project on time and within budget.
