Design and Build

Our Group recognises that a Build-to-Suit development only works when it is a true reflection of each client's needs and requirements. Which is why our project teams must develop a keen understanding of the client's industry and business, its operations, production facilities and requirements and expansion plans.

Only upon aligning the client's business with its facility plan does the Build-to-Suit process begin. Our teams then assist in site selection, feasibility studies, design and a variety of construction consulting services.

Pre-Construction Services

Once the project goals are agreed upon, the project team hands over control of the project's schedule and budget to the project owner and architect. This is done only after studies, consultations and expert advice on construction means and methods and upon confirmation of the project team's understanding of the goals. Mockups, samples and investigations of existing product installations also form part of the process towards gaining consensus on project goals.

The pre-construction schedule, developed to align with the project goals, sets out the construction activities, entitlement process as well as anticipates potential conflicts on the defined goals.

The pre-construction schedule serves as the road map for design development decisions pertaining to project scope, budget and procurement. This approach offers a controlled and effective use of pre-construction resources consistent with the progress required to acquire government approvals in order to complete the project on time and within budget.

Construction Services
